This matter was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration's DEA's Bridgeport High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force - which is comprised of members of the Bridgeport, Stamford, Norwalk and Stratford Police departments, and the Connecticut State Police, the ATF and the Stamford Police Department's Narcotics and Organized Crime Squad. Stamford residents Terrance Lewis, Darius McGee, Christopher Horton and Torrick Johnson and Bridgeport resident Andre Spaulding are wanted by authorities for their role in the alleged drug ring, and they are still at-large, Carson said. Police seized more than two kilograms of crack, more than one kilogram of cocaine, two guns, several vehicles and approximately $164,000 in cash, Carson said. Three of the charged defendants were previously arrested and were incarcerated at the time of their arrest, Carson said. On Thursday, authorities rounded up 22 suspects on federal charges and 13 defendants on state charges, according to Carson. The raids began Wednesday with the arrest of five people on federal charges in New York City, Carson said. ![]() that distributed narcotics to Stamford-area drug dealers.
